1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Netwave Data Solution, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your login secure. Provide a valid Ghana phone number so we can serve you correctly.
3. Wallet and Payments
Wallet balances are denominated in GHS and can only be spent on services offered on the platform. Top ups are credited only after our payment partner confirms the transaction. A small processing fee may apply to smaller top ups.
4. Orders and Delivery
You must select the correct network and enter the correct recipient number. Once an order is submitted to a network provider it cannot be reversed. Failed orders are refunded to your wallet automatically.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued for failed orders back to your wallet. Cash refunds are only available at our discretion.
6. Agent and Reseller Program
Agents pay a one time activation fee and set their own retail prices. Withdrawals are subject to the minimum threshold shown in your agent dashboard.
7. Prohibited Use
Do not use the service for fraud, resale of another person's account, or any illegal activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
