We collect information you provide when you create an account, top up your wallet or place an order. This includes your full name, username, email address, phone number and transaction history.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to deliver data bundles and SMM services, process payments through our partners, prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Payments
Mobile Money and card payments are processed by BulkClix and other licensed payment providers. We only receive confirmation of successful transactions and do not store your MoMo PIN or card details.
4. Data Security
Passwords are hashed and all sensitive credentials are stored securely on the server. Communication with our servers is encrypted in transit.
5. Sharing With Third Parties
We share only the minimum data required (e.g. recipient phone number and bundle size) with network providers to fulfil your orders.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your account information at any time by contacting support.
